Runescape Quest Cape VS Level 99 Skills

Do you want the great feeling of completing all the quests in the game without having to actually do them? Or do you want to get a free 99 in any skill without having to do hours on hours of training? This question has stumped me, but i would say Quest Cape. The Quest Cape gives you all the rewards to each and every quest. And you also get a cool cape with an awesome emote. Sure a 99 looks great in all and can make you rich. But i rather take the Quest Cape. What are your views on this? Do you want the Quest Cape or the 99?

I'd choose a Quest Cape too. They look pretty nice and take quite a while to get especially with some of the requirements for the quests. It'd be cooler having a lot of different stats and a cape instead of one very high stats and a cape.
The quest cape probably costs a lot more to get all of the stats unlike some of the easier capes to obtain too.
However, training to a 99 can be quite easy, well some of them anyway, but I don't actually aspire to get any 99s so I'm not really bothered if I had one. I only get a certain level in a skill for a requirement and not just to make it fit in with the rest of my stats.

Quest cape can be achieved within a month of members. As in you get 37qp (all f2p quests I believe) one day then get members. Spend that month skilling and questing and you can easily get quest cape in a month or less. Only 2 skillcapes can be achieved within a month at a healthy play-rate with low gold and that's fletching and cooking. This makes almost every skillcape worth more than a quest cape.
